Due to the nature of our products, your purchase is FINAL. We do not accept returns of functional products if customers change their mind or select wrong phone model. Please be sure before making any purchase from Gold Apple Cellphones Accessories and Repair Services limited to check the exact phone model and right fitment.
Damaged in Shipment
If you receive a product that was damaged in shipment, please contact info@goldapplevictoria.com within 5 days of receipt and we’ll open a claim with the shipper on your behalf.
Please keep the box, the packaging, and the contents of the order to expedite your claim. Claims will require approximately two weeks for processing and replacements will be organized as needed.
